• How to Order?
• Can I Request For a Refund After I Placed The Order?

Due to hygiene and safety purposes, all items sold are non-refundable / non-exchangeable. If any of the items are damaged, please do not open the bottles and contact us via Whatsapp at within 24 hours so we can do a 1-to-1 replacement. If there is a need for refund, do note that there will be a 5% service charge to be incurred.

• Is There Free Delivery?

Yes! Tardeliciouss Offers Free Islandwide Delivery (excluding Sentosa and Tuas) for all orders exceeding SGD$150.

We provide an islandwide delivery service (excluding Sentosa and Tuas) for a flat fee of $15.

• Can I Choose My Delivery Date?

Yes, definitely can! To our best ability, we try to fulfil your requests to meet your preferred delivery dates. However, at times our order list might get quite substantial, and in such cases, you will be notified about the additional wait times.

Please specify your desired delivery date at check out. If the selected date / time is not available, you will be contacted via your provided mobile number to arrange for another agreeable date.

• Can I Opt To Self Collect?

Yes! Self-collection is available at our Small Kitchen at 183 Jln Pelikat . Kindly select the Self-Collection option upon check out and we will contact you to arrange for pick up.

• Is Tardeliciouss Cookies Halal Certified?

I regret to inform that Tardeliciouss does not own a Halal Certification. But We are Own By Muslim Owner.

• Do You Accept Pre-Order?

Yes, we do accept pre-orders. You may place and pay off an order as far as up to a maximum of 3 months ahead of schedule. Please assured that your order will not be forgotten.
